L2 EV Charging Technical Support Representative - Remote Philippines

Provide L2 technical support for EV charging stations at Twoconnect. Resolve charger hardware, software, network, and installation issues remotely for customers.

Description

  • Support customers with EV charging stations through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Investigate and resolve hardware and software problems affecting EV chargers and connected networks.
  • Guide customers through charger installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Refer complex technical cases to engineering or field service specialists when needed.
  • Track system performance and proactively identify potential problems.
  • Record customer communications, diagnostic actions, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Support firmware upgrades, system integrations, and remote diagnostic activities.
  • Train customers and internal colleagues on recommended technical practices.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry developments, emerging technologies, and product releases.
  • Work with sales to understand customer requirements and deliver pre-sales technical guidance.
  • Follow applicable industry standards and safety requirements.
  • Handle additional duties associated with the role as required.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
  • Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or a comparable position.
  • Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure, power systems, or renewable energy is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or equivalent tools.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical customers.
  • Capacity to work independently while managing multiple customer requests.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Careful attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
