L2 EV Charging Technical Support Representative - Remote Philippines
Provide L2 technical support for EV charging stations at Twoconnect. Resolve charger hardware, software, network, and installation issues remotely for customers.
Descriere
- Support customers with EV charging stations through phone, email, and live chat.
- Investigate and resolve hardware and software problems affecting EV chargers and connected networks.
- Guide customers through charger installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Refer complex technical cases to engineering or field service specialists when needed.
- Track system performance and proactively identify potential problems.
- Record customer communications, diagnostic actions, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Support firmware upgrades, system integrations, and remote diagnostic activities.
- Train customers and internal colleagues on recommended technical practices.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry developments, emerging technologies, and product releases.
- Work with sales to understand customer requirements and deliver pre-sales technical guidance.
- Follow applicable industry standards and safety requirements.
- Handle additional duties associated with the role as required.
Cerințe
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or a comparable position.
- Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure, power systems, or renewable energy is advantageous.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Experience with CRM and ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or equivalent tools.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical customers.
- Capacity to work independently while managing multiple customer requests.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Careful attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
