Senior Enterprise Account Executive – California Remote at Optro

Lead enterprise sales of Optro’s AI-powered GRC Intelligence Platform across California. Own complex SaaS deals, executive relationships, partner development, and strategic account growth.

Description

  • Sell Optro’s solutions to large public and private organizations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from territory planning and pipeline creation through opportunity close
  • Grow existing and prospective accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and new-logo acquisition
  • Develop multi-pillar platform strategies for business units and executive decision-makers
  • Work with CCOs, CAOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, EVPs, and SVPs to shape tailored solutions
  • Uncover customer challenges, communicate Optro’s value, deliver remote or onsite product demonstrations, and guide buyers through the sales process
  • Travel 25%–30% for customer and partner meetings, events, and conferences
  • Build joint solutions and business cases that strengthen stakeholder advocacy and adoption
  • Coordinate with SDR/BDR, Product Solutions, and Value Architect teams to meet revenue objectives
  • Work alongside Implementation and Customer Success to support customers and establish clear expectations
  • Build business-development relationships with Big Four and boutique consulting firms
  • Engage Fortune 500 executives and represent Optro as a thought leader at industry events

Requirements

  • Based in California
  • Senior Manager-level or above in a Big Four risk advisory practice, such as risk management or internal audit, or at least seven years of sales experience including four years selling enterprise or B2B SaaS solutions
  • Ranked among the top 10% of sales performers in the current role, with a sustained record of exceeding quarterly and annual quotas in the $1.3M–$1.7M range
  • Experience with deal values and sales cycles appropriate to the target segment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex SaaS transactions and differentiate products from competitors
  • Confident presence with senior executives
  • Proficiency in the MEDDICC or MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Receptive to coaching, eager to learn, collaborative, and effective at building relationships
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, frequently changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Availability for 25%–30% travel
  • Willingness to complete a background check
  • Legal authorization to work in the job’s country and disclosure of any sponsorship or immigration-support requirements
