Opis

  • Guide new clients through kickoff calls, product walkthroughs, training, and Q&A.
  • Serve as clients’ primary contact after launch.
  • Monitor adoption and flag potential issues early.
  • Respond promptly when clients are blocked or need urgent help.
  • Handle challenging client conversations with empathy and sound judgment.
  • Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process problems.
  • Ask diagnostic questions to determine root causes.
  • Share clear, actionable client issues with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Follow issues through resolution and ensure each receives proper attention.
  • Collect client feedback and spot recurring pain points.
  • Improve processes, documentation, and client success playbooks.
  • Partner with Sales to identify renewals, account growth, and upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate multiple client conversations, projects, and priorities.
  • Work with clients and colleagues across Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering.

Zahteve

  • At least two years’ experience in SaaS Customer Success, Partner Success, Implementation, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demos, walkthroughs, or training.
  • Comfort using software platforms and quickly learning technical workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and distinguish symptoms from root causes.
  • Confident communication with clients at different levels.
  • Calm, professional approach with frustrated or demanding clients.
  • Takes initiative and owns work without waiting for direction.
  • Strong organization and follow-through.
  • Can manage several accounts, projects, or client issues at once.
  • Proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Able to build trust quickly and handle difficult conversations.
  • Available to work PST time and business hours as required.
  • Windows 11 PC required; Macs are not supported.
  • 16 GB RAM required.
