Opis

  • Find, assess, and shortlist candidates for technical openings across the EU, Ukraine, and the Philippines.
  • Work with hiring managers to clarify role needs and shape recruitment plans.
  • Interview candidates and assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system to support an efficient hiring process.
  • Develop talent pipelines for immediate and upcoming hiring needs.
  • Use social media, job boards, and professional networks to find and engage candidates.
  • Build relationships with prospective hires and represent Fluent Trade’s employer brand.
  • Track industry developments, labor market insights, and talent acquisition practices.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least three years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the high-tech sector.
  • At least one year of experience working for a product company.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing candidates across the EU, Ukraine, and APAC.
  • Strong familiarity with recruiting tools, sourcing methods, and hiring platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including engaging and influencing candidates.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
