Work with hiring managers to clarify role needs and shape recruitment plans.

Maintain the applicant tracking system to support an efficient hiring process.
Develop talent pipelines for immediate and upcoming hiring needs.
Use social media, job boards, and professional networks to find and engage candidates.
Build relationships with prospective hires and represent Fluent Trade’s employer brand.
Track industry developments, labor market insights, and talent acquisition practices.

Талаптар

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
At least three years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the high-tech sector.
At least one year of experience working for a product company.
Demonstrated success sourcing candidates across the EU, Ukraine, and APAC.
Strong familiarity with recruiting tools, sourcing methods, and hiring platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including engaging and influencing candidates.
Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to handle competing priorities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
