Opis

  • Develop scalable, AI-enabled medical simulation and training modules.
  • Write clean, modular C# code for interactive medical procedures.
  • Create reusable systems for surgical and anesthetic training modules.
  • Integrate high-fidelity 3D assets in Unity and improve engine performance.
  • Tune lighting, shaders, and assets to maintain steady frame rates on standalone Quest 3 headsets.
  • Explore and integrate AI tools into development workflows and dynamic training scenarios.
  • Turn medical protocols into robust state-machine logic.
  • Build virtual medical equipment and patient responses that reflect operating-room behavior.
  • Implement xAPI telemetry to track learner progress.
  • Make modules work with centralized digital infrastructure, Learning Management Systems, and Learning Record Stores.
  • Work with 3D artists and medical experts on the Education project team.

Zahteve

  • Bring 2–5 years of professional experience building real-time Unity applications and environments from concept through delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Unity.
  • Be comfortable shipping features, improving existing systems, and resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Have experience in a game studio, XR agency, or industrial simulation company.
  • Experience creating digital training, serious games, or simulation projects where accuracy, usability, and performance matter is a plus.
