- Develop scalable, AI-enabled medical simulation and training modules.
- Write clean, modular C# code for interactive medical procedures.
- Create reusable systems for surgical and anesthetic training modules.
- Integrate high-fidelity 3D assets in Unity and improve engine performance.
- Tune lighting, shaders, and assets to maintain steady frame rates on standalone Quest 3 headsets.
- Explore and integrate AI tools into development workflows and dynamic training scenarios.
- Turn medical protocols into robust state-machine logic.
- Build virtual medical equipment and patient responses that reflect operating-room behavior.
- Implement xAPI telemetry to track learner progress.
- Make modules work with centralized digital infrastructure, Learning Management Systems, and Learning Record Stores.
- Work with 3D artists and medical experts on the Education project team.
Requirements
- Bring 2–5 years of professional experience building real-time Unity applications and environments from concept through delivery.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Unity.
- Be comfortable shipping features, improving existing systems, and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Have experience in a game studio, XR agency, or industrial simulation company.
- Experience creating digital training, serious games, or simulation projects where accuracy, usability, and performance matter is a plus.
