Description

  • Audit depot and distributor stock, and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
  • Coordinate distributor operations and maintain compliance with policies, key metrics, and cycle instructions.
  • Support distributor processes, including purchase order validation and promotion cost control.
  • Monitor field team performance through joint and control calls.
  • Grow distributor-area business by improving productivity and sales, using effective territory management.
  • Meet monthly territory targets for sales volume and SKU mix.
  • Visit wholesale, key account, vape store, HoReCa, and retail channels.
  • Communicate programs, deploy merchandising materials, track competitors, and maintain product availability.
  • Engage retailers and communities to activate programs and gather market insights.
  • Submit control evidence and customer data.
  • Meet required cycle activity metrics and support retail activations, including product trials.
  • Ensure accurate stock management at depots and distributors through regular audits.
  • Maintain alignment between physical stock and system records.
  • Coordinate and improve distributor operations governance.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, critical metrics, and cycle instructions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Problem identification and solving skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Sales and distribution knowledge.
  • Communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with at least two years of relevant experience are welcome.
  • Understanding of emerging category markets, such as vapour and heated tobacco products.
  • Preferably experience as a non-management, non-supervisory staff member in marketing, sales, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience in a multinational, cross-functional environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively through relationship-building, persuasion, and influence.
  • Sound commercial judgment and a strong sense of responsibility for organizational success.
  • Willingness to be based in Balikpapan.
