Senior Accounts Clerk / Assistant Accountant

Manage intercompany transactions and day-to-day accounting for Havas in Hong Kong. Support month-end close, audits, budgeting, and internal controls.

Description

  • Manage intercompany transactions
  • Support daily accounting tasks and internal controls
  • Assist with month-end close, including revenue recognition and data analysis
  • Monitor compliance for vendor and client setup
  • Contribute to budget forecasts and business models
  • Help prepare for interim and annual audits
  • Coordinate with business units on intercompany matters
  • Support internal control requirements
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as needed

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • LCC Level II or higher
  • HKICPA or ACCA membership or student membership is an advantage
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
  • Able to work independently and responsibly, contribute as a team member, and perform under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence working with people at all levels
  • Immediate availability preferred
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for an Accountant role
