Remote Customer Service Officer - Philippines
Provide phone-based customer support, resolve complaints, and strengthen client retention for Satellite Office’s international customers. Work remotely while meeting service KPIs, quality standards, and CSAT goals.
Descriere
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, working toward first-contact resolution.
- Resolve disputes and complaints in line with company values, terms, conditions, and escalation processes.
- Apply retention approaches that support lasting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve service targets covering average handling time, first-contact resolution, quality, and CSAT.
- Escalate complex queries and monitor follow-ups through to timely resolution.
- Contribute feedback and take part in team meetings and training.
- Build effective working relationships with clinic, client, and internal support teams.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Work with managers and teammates to exchange knowledge and advance shared goals.
Cerințe
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or voice-support setting.
- Strong spoken communication and active listening skills.
- Solution-oriented problem-solving ability with customer empathy.
- Working knowledge of CRM software and telephony platforms.
- Ability to work remotely with sound time management and a dependable home workspace.
- Reliable broadband internet connection.
- Capacity to multitask, maintain accuracy, and handle numerical information carefully.
- Customer retention or subscription management experience is an advantage.
- Constructive attitude toward ongoing improvement.
- Availability for early-morning, evening, or weekend shifts based on customer demand.
