Descriere

  • Deploy and hand over end-user hardware and software using provided instructions and tools.
  • Manage end-user equipment throughout its lifecycle, from procurement to disposal.
  • Identify, record, categorize, investigate, and prioritize incidents and requests affecting end-user environments.
  • Provide support for IT-related tasks.
  • Administer, maintain, and improve corporate applications.
  • Administer corporate IT infrastructure, including local networks, printers, and small devices.
  • Manage user access rights.
  • Serve as the first contact for external clients seeking support through the ticketing system, email, or phone.
  • Triage, log, categorize, and prioritize client tickets according to severity and SLA commitments.
  • Diagnose and resolve common client-reported issues at first-line support.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to L2/L3 teams with clear documentation.
  • Track tickets and keep clients updated with timely follow-up through resolution.
  • Create and maintain client-facing knowledge base articles and FAQs.
  • Monitor support queues and alert internal stakeholders to recurring issues and trends.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least three years of experience in similar roles.
  • Experience using Linux, macOS, and Windows workstations.
  • Azure administration experience, including SharePoint, Intune, and Windows Defender.
  • Python scripting experience, including Ansible playbooks.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices in a banking environment.
  • Fluent English.
  • Go programming knowledge is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of another language is an advantage.
