IT Technician and Client Support Specialist
Support Taurus’s corporate users and external clients at a regulated digital-asset fintech. Handle Azure infrastructure, endpoint support, ticket triage, and client issue resolution.

- Deploy and hand over end-user hardware and software using provided instructions and tools.
- Manage end-user equipment throughout its lifecycle, from procurement to disposal.
- Identify, record, categorize, investigate, and prioritize incidents and requests affecting end-user environments.
- Provide support for IT-related tasks.
- Administer, maintain, and improve corporate applications.
- Administer corporate IT infrastructure, including local networks, printers, and small devices.
- Manage user access rights.
- Serve as the first contact for external clients seeking support through the ticketing system, email, or phone.
- Triage, log, categorize, and prioritize client tickets according to severity and SLA commitments.
- Diagnose and resolve common client-reported issues at first-line support.
- Escalate unresolved cases to L2/L3 teams with clear documentation.
- Track tickets and keep clients updated with timely follow-up through resolution.
- Create and maintain client-facing knowledge base articles and FAQs.
- Monitor support queues and alert internal stakeholders to recurring issues and trends.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
- At least three years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience using Linux, macOS, and Windows workstations.
- Azure administration experience, including SharePoint, Intune, and Windows Defender.
- Python scripting experience, including Ansible playbooks.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices in a banking environment.
- Fluent English.
- Go programming knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is an advantage.
- Knowledge of another language is an advantage.
