  • Address customer needs as a cloud subject matter expert at client sites.
  • Implement and integrate Red Hat open and hybrid cloud solutions, including OpenShift and Ansible Automation Platform.
  • Coordinate with project and customer teams to meet milestones and objectives.
  • Prepare project documentation and diagrams, and manage support cases.
  • Share expertise with customers and colleagues through mentoring.
  • Advance automation and DevOps practices to improve cloud operations, infrastructure and application availability, uptime, and delivery speed.
  • Build solutions using cloud technologies, architecture principles, integration patterns, and automation methods.
  • Design cloud-ready application architectures, automated container platforms, and deployment pipelines.
  • Lead onsite deployments of OpenShift, OpenShift Container Storage, Ceph, and Ansible Automation Platform.
  • Assess customer infrastructure and business needs, recommend solutions, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Help customers develop enterprise applications and cloud capabilities that streamline development and enable frequent feature releases.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Advanced experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift or its core technologies, such as Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
  • Experience implementing infrastructure and cloud solutions, including storage, networking, monitoring, and security.
  • Ability to communicate project value, progress, and metrics to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn independently, quickly absorb new information, and apply new ideas.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Availability to work onsite at customer locations for up to 100% of the time.
  • Willingness to work from customer sites.
  • Hands-on DevOps and Linux experience.
