- Typically 5+ years of experience with modern C++17/20/23, the STL, and Boost.
- Know Clean Code, SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI, and common design patterns.
- Use CMake, Git, GoogleTest, debugging, and profiling tools proficiently.
- Bring ownership, pragmatism, and a strong commitment to quality.
- Communicate clearly and objectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- German proficiency at B2 level.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Nice to have: experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor.
- Nice to have: knowledge of cross-platform development and Windows builds.
- Nice to have: experience with CI/CD, Linux, and Docker.
