- Approach salon owners by phone, in person or through social media to generate new business.
- Visit salons to understand their needs.
- Demonstrate Salonkee’s software and explain how it can streamline daily salon operations.
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach through closing.
- Set clear goals and organize your weekly schedule independently.
- Work with a supportive manager who invests in your development.
- Take part in the recruitment process, from an initial interview and video call to an office Field Day and final interview.

- Previous sales experience is not necessary.
- Experience in hospitality, beauty, retail, fitness, events or another customer-facing field is an advantage.
- Be outgoing and enjoy connecting with people by phone and in person.
- Be able to engage people and spark their interest.

- Be eager to learn, receptive to feedback and committed to ongoing development.
- Work in a structured and organized way.
- Be comfortable using digital tools.
- Speak German fluently, at native level or close to it.
- Have good English skills.
- Hold a Category B driving licence.
