Remote English-Spanish OPI/VRI Interpreter
Interpret remotely between English- and Spanish-speaking people in medical, financial, social service, and customer care settings. Provide language support for Kreato Global across Latin America.

- Bridge communication between English and Spanish speakers.
- Interpret consecutively in medical, social service, customer care, and financial settings.
- Provide a mix of over-the-phone (OPI) and video remote (VRI) interpretation.
- Uphold professionalism, impartiality, confidentiality, and accuracy.
- Manage interpretation calls and queue time during eligible logged-in hours.
- Complete recruitment, technical checks, and client onboarding before the assigned start date.

- Have at least six months of verifiable professional experience providing remote English-Spanish OPI and/or VRI interpretation.
- Speak English fluently at an advanced level (minimum C1).
- Communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
- Have native or native-level Spanish fluency.
- Demonstrate strong Spanish comprehension and active listening.
- Provide accurate, complete, impartial, and professional consecutive interpretation.
- Know medical, financial, and social service terminology well.
- Understand patient privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA-related requirements.
- Show attention to detail, active listening, emotional composure, and neutrality in sensitive situations.
- Meet attendance, schedule, quality, and operating procedure standards.
- Work independently in a quiet, professional environment.
- Have a stable, reliable internet connection.
- Connect to the router or modem by Ethernet; Wi-Fi is not permitted.
- Use an approved client-compatible USB headset; Bluetooth, mono, and built-in microphone headsets are not permitted.
- Use an approved headset model: Logitech H390, Jabra GN series, Jabra Evolve series, Microsoft LifeChat LX-6000, Plantronics Blackwire C3220, Dell Plantronics, or HP Stereo USB Headset G2.
- Have an Intel Core i5 processor, 6th generation or newer.

- Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for confidential interpretation sessions.
- Complete recruitment, technical verification, and client onboarding before the assigned start date if selected.
