Manage personalized relationships with high-value players on Triumph’s gaming and trading card platform. Handle player support, VIP experiences, responsible gaming, and feedback that informs the loyalty program and product roadmap.

- Manage a portfolio of high-value players as their main contact at Triumph
- Build one-to-one relationships through daily text, phone, and email communication
- Arrange tailored gifts, exclusive perks, event invitations, and other player experiences
- Resolve payout, technical, and promotional issues from start to finish
- Escalate issues promptly, follow up, and ensure each is resolved
- Spot signs of unhealthy engagement and promote responsible gaming
- Share player feedback and trends to inform the VIP program, loyalty offerings, and product roadmap
- Follow and improve procedures for outreach, escalation, and compliance
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 2 years in VIP account management, VIP hosting, player development, iGaming, luxury hospitality, or a similar high-value client role
- Strong familiarity with gaming culture, such as sweepstakes, casino, sports cards, trading card games, or related areas
- Able to manage dozens of active relationships at once
- Available for flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Able to handle sensitive player information, financial matters, and responsible gaming situations with maturity and care
- Able to interpret dashboards and performance figures and act on the insights
- Trading card, card break, or collectibles market familiarity is a plus
- Experience with retention metrics, reinvestment strategy, or player value modeling is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT is a plus
