Descriere

  • Manage the assigned territory and identify new business opportunities
  • Handle customer enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
  • Visit customers across the territory
  • Understand customer needs and explain the company’s technology, products, and features
  • Appoint dealers and distributors in the region
  • Promote products and build market presence through visits to architects, consultants, builders, developers, and PMCs
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams from lead generation through project execution
  • Follow up on payments and collect them on time within approved credit limits
  • Prepare quotations and offers, negotiate with customers, and secure orders
  • Communicate with the head office, senior management, and customers
  • Train and support new Sales and Marketing Department recruits

Cerințe

  • At least four years of sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Experience selling elevators, car lifts, or car parking systems is preferred
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Quick to learn, proactive, and adaptable in a competitive sales environment
  • Able and willing to visit customers, architects, consultants, builders, developers, and PMCs across the assigned territory
