Descriere

  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends that may signal risk.
  • Build predictive machine learning and statistical models to forecast risk events and their organizational impact.
  • Recommend mitigation strategies to strengthen organizational resilience.
  • Automate risk detection and management with technology solutions.
  • Help design and implement the new operational loss data model.
  • Develop and assess hybrid machine learning and advanced statistical models to estimate operational losses.
  • Help migrate processes to Google Cloud using BigQuery, dbt, and Vertex AI.
  • Design scalable pipelines with traceability, reproducibility, and efficiency.
  • Automate reporting.
  • Prepare data for internal reporting, particularly for the Operational Risk Committee.
  • Contribute to reports and communications with senior management, Internal Validation, Audit, and supervisory authorities.
  • Work with other teams specializing in operational losses.

Cerințe

  • Higher education degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, data engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience analyzing advanced statistical or mathematical models.
  • Advanced knowledge of R or Python.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL or SAS.
  • Experience handling data in Google Cloud services, including BigQuery and Vertex AI.
  • Knowledge of non-parametric models, especially for forecasting and text mining (NLP).
  • Data engineering and optimization knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience with SQL pipelines and dbt.
  • Version control experience with GitLab.
  • Strong critical analysis and synthesis skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-directed approach.
  • Flexibility, foresight, and adaptability to change.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with other departments.
  • Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
  • Initiative and a high degree of autonomy.
