Description

  • Support customers across all relevant communication channels.
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and provide clear, practical solutions.
  • Pursue first-contact resolution and coordinate follow-up with service partners and internal teams through case closure.
  • Share actionable feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experience.
  • Deliver services in line with established procedures and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships by responding thoughtfully and exceeding expectations.
  • Complete other duties assigned by management within the employment category and contribute to the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX's Quality Management System.

Requirements

  • A diploma, advanced or higher diploma, graduate diploma, bachelor's degree, postgraduate diploma, professional degree, or master's degree in any field.
  • Two years of relevant experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong time management skills and the drive to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions.
  • Strong communication abilities, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette.
  • Comfort working with computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market.
