Senior Customer Success Manager, Small Accounts

Descriere

  • Manage a portfolio of international low-touch accounts to support customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Help customers adopt product features, improve operational performance, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that increase MRR.
  • Own customer relationships, address dissatisfaction, track satisfaction metrics, and put action plans in place.
  • Coordinate work across Sales, Support, and Product.
  • Build customer advocacy for Ringover.
  • Refine Customer Success processes and tools.
  • Create new ways to engage customers.
  • Train colleagues and share effective practices.
  • Support onboarding for new hires.
  • Provide operational guidance to the Team Lead.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or managing B2B portfolios.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English.
  • Commercially minded and focused on results.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous, with a willingness to take ownership of challenging situations.
  • Able to create, structure, and improve processes.
  • Able to manage high volumes and multiple topics while staying highly organized.
