Descriere

  • Create campaigns that increase customer engagement.
  • Write briefs for the content creator team.
  • Review Inkster’s ads and high-performing ads across the market.
  • Analyze past campaigns and current trends with colleagues to develop performance hypotheses and capture lessons.
  • Develop ideas for campaign tests.
  • Document findings and use them to improve campaign performance.
  • Coordinate content needs for the team and its channels.
  • Manage projects with the external content agency.
  • Oversee and improve the creative process from ideation and strategy through production and monitoring.

Cerințe

  • Degree in media, marketing, communications, or a related field, or relevant qualifications that demonstrate your fit for the role.
  • Know the content requirements of Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms.
  • Show initiative and work independently.
  • Develop campaign concepts with confidence.
  • Have a strong awareness of current trends and an interest in social media.
  • Understand the differences between user-generated content and video ads, and between organic and paid social content.
  • Communicate well and work effectively with others.
  • Bring creativity and a strong sense of emerging social media trends.
  • Have excellent German and English language skills.
