Waste Customer Resolution Case Coordinator - Coventry Onsite

Manage escalated waste-service cases and private-service customer journeys for Severn Trent in Coventry. Handle payments, communications, technical escalations and process improvements.

Description

  • Manage escalated customer issues across the region from Severn Trent’s Coventry headquarters
  • Detect potential dissatisfaction and intervene to resolve customer concerns
  • Make timely, empowered decisions that improve resolution outcomes and customer experience
  • Deliver clear and timely communication to customers
  • Track customer performance and provide visibility across designated waste areas and counties
  • Lead and support customer promise and resolution management within the Customer Management Centre
  • Coordinate with COSC, Network Control and Field teams when required
  • Use data and insight to identify and implement improvement plans
  • Case-manage highly impacted customers and those with complex individual needs
  • Apply preventative customer management practices to reduce the need for service recovery
  • Support customers and handle technical enquiries and escalations
  • Manage the complete customer process for the private-service offer
  • Document, maintain and improve the agreed private-service process
  • Contact private-service customers, process payments or discuss payment options, and identify suitable resolutions
  • Record customer interactions in Target/CMP and SAP
  • Monitor and manage the customer inbox for private-service matters
  • Support customers, arrange reimbursement of invoice costs and represent their interests
  • Promote continuous improvement in private services and support compliance with business processes and policies

Requirements

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Substantial experience handling customer queries, escalations and sensitive cases
  • Knowledge of the underlying causes of customer dissatisfaction
  • Ability to take ownership of customer cases that require support
  • Ability to respond to technical enquiries and customer escalations
  • Ability to manage customer processes from start to finish
  • Ability to process payments and discuss payment options
  • Ability to document customer conversations in Target/CMP and SAP
  • Ability to monitor and respond to a customer inbox
  • Ability to implement ongoing process and policy improvements
  • A positive, caring approach and willingness to support the wider community
