Opis

  • Guide new clients through kickoff calls, live demonstrations, training, and Q&A.
  • Serve as a reliable client contact after launch.
  • Monitor client adoption and spot emerging issues early.
  • Respond promptly when clients are blocked, frustrated, or need urgent help.
  • Handle challenging client conversations with empathy, confidence, and sound judgment.
  • Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process problems.
  • Use diagnostic questions to identify underlying causes.
  • Turn client issues into clear, actionable details for Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Follow open issues through to resolution.
  • Collect client feedback and identify recurring pain points.
  • Improve processes, documentation, and client success playbooks.
  • Work with Sales to identify renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage multiple client conversations, projects, and priorities at once.
  • Partner with clients and colleagues across Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering.

Zahteve

  • At least two years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, Partner Success, Implementation, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demonstrations, walkthroughs, or training.
  • Comfort using software platforms and learning technical workflows quickly.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and distinguish symptoms from root causes.
  • Confidence communicating with clients at different levels.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional with frustrated or demanding clients.
  • Takes initiative and ownership without waiting for direction.
  • Strong organization and follow-through.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts, projects, or client issues at once.
  • Proactive approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and handle difficult conversations.
  • Windows 11 PC; Mac is not supported.
