Descriere

  • Lead architecture and delivery for Dynamics 365 Contact Center implementations.
  • Design complete customer service solutions with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Set engineering standards, coding practices, and architecture patterns.
  • Produce technical specifications, solution diagrams, and integration plans.
  • Mentor and advise engineers, analysts, and consultants on technical work.
  • Assess Microsoft capabilities such as Copilot, AI agents, automation, and new contact center features.
  • Review solution architecture, code, configurations, and deployment plans.
  • Develop custom apps, plugins, workflows, integrations, and automations with Power Platform and .NET.
  • Resolve and support complex, high-impact issues across systems, teams, and technologies.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent education and relevant work experience combined.
  • At least seven years of software engineering experience.
  • At least five years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • At least three years leading technical teams, projects, or enterprise platform implementations.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Center or Dynamics Customer Service is preferred.
  • Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) is preferred.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools is preferred.
