Descriere

  • Configure, update, and deploy Genesys Cloud platform changes to production
  • Build and maintain IVR platforms in Genesys Cloud Architect, improving call flows
  • Investigate and resolve Genesys Cloud incidents and tickets
  • Document configuration items’ functional and physical characteristics
  • Manage configuration item changes and related documentation
  • Audit configuration management practices against the configuration management plan
  • Coordinate with teams to apply the configuration management plan
  • Maintain configuration management tools and systems
  • Record product issues and changes, and report current configurations
  • Advise design and development teams on improving system reliability and maintainability
  • Work across testing, development, and production environments
  • Work with business partners to identify suitable solutions and communicate clearly with colleagues
  • Support related contact center applications and integrations, including CRM, WFM, QM, display boards, and reporting tools

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with IVR and routing, ACD development, and Genesys Cloud administration
  • Several years of cloud consulting experience focused on contact center solutions
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript/Node.js, Python, and Java
  • Strong verbal and written communication and facilitation skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in technology and willingness to learn
