- Manage configuration item changes and related documentation
- Audit configuration management practices against the configuration management plan
- Coordinate with teams to apply the configuration management plan
- Maintain configuration management tools and systems
- Record product issues and changes, and report current configurations
- Advise design and development teams on improving system reliability and maintainability
- Work across testing, development, and production environments
- Work with business partners to identify suitable solutions and communicate clearly with colleagues
- Support related contact center applications and integrations, including CRM, WFM, QM, display boards, and reporting tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience with IVR and routing, ACD development, and Genesys Cloud administration
- Several years of cloud consulting experience focused on contact center solutions
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript/Node.js, Python, and Java
- Strong verbal and written communication and facilitation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn
