Description

  • Provide customer support through clear, effective phone, chat, and text conversations.
  • Listen closely and ask discovery questions to understand consumers’ situations and direct them to suitable legal solutions.
  • Connect clients with the appropriate legal services.
  • Resolve customer concerns with timely solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintain a professional, customer-focused manner.
  • Enter and update customer information accurately.
  • Meet or exceed response-time and customer-satisfaction targets.
  • Manage priorities and time effectively during high call volumes.
  • Work with the team to support smooth operations and follow contact center procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience in collections, customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals, quotas, or conversion targets in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent spoken and written communication.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to succeed in incentive-based, goal-driven settings.
  • Able to solve problems, multitask, and prioritize in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Able to handle customer interactions calmly, clearly, and professionally.
  • Reliable internet access and the computer equipment needed to perform the job.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with accuracy.
  • Customer-focused attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Available to work full time, including both weekend days.
