Opis

Lead architecture and delivery for Dynamics 365 Contact Center implementations.
Design complete customer service solutions with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft Teams.
Set engineering standards, coding practices, and architecture patterns.
Produce technical specifications, solution diagrams, and integration plans.
Mentor and advise engineers, analysts, and consultants on technical work.
Assess Microsoft capabilities such as Copilot, AI agents, automation, and new contact center features.
Review solution architecture, code, configurations, and deployment plans.
Develop custom apps, plugins, workflows, integrations, and automations with Power Platform and .NET.
Resolve and support complex, high-impact issues across systems, teams, and technologies.

Zahteve

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent education and relevant work experience combined.
At least seven years of software engineering experience.
At least five years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
At least three years leading technical teams, projects, or enterprise platform implementations.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Center or Dynamics Customer Service is preferred.
Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) is preferred.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools is preferred.
