Tier 1 Technical Analyst (Hybrid)
Support Microsoft-based environments and client service requests as a Tier 1 Service Desk Technical Analyst within Bulletproof’s managed services operations. Provide first-line assistance through phone, email, messaging, and support portals.
Description
- Handle incoming calls for technical and customer service assistance
- Address technical issues submitted by email
- Deliver timely first-line technical and customer support alongside related business activities
- Troubleshoot LAN, desktop, and server equipment
- Support and maintain enterprise Microsoft environments
- Open, update, and administer tickets in service desk software
- Act as the initial client contact through phone, email, messaging, and support portals
- Manage a high volume of daily tickets while setting workload priorities
- Refer complex issues to specialized technical teams when necessary
Requirements
- Bring 2–3 years of experience in a comparable position
- Hold a college certificate or diploma in information technology, or offer relevant experience and industry certification
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for IT and a commitment to continued learning
- Have solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships
- Maintain excellent telephone etiquette
- Bring a strong customer service mindset
- Work independently with limited supervision while managing competing tasks and shifting priorities
- Knowledge of ITIL processes is an asset
- Be available for shift work when given reasonable advance notice
