Handle incoming calls for technical and customer service assistance
Address technical issues submitted by email
Deliver timely first-line technical and customer support alongside related business activities
Troubleshoot LAN, desktop, and server equipment
Support and maintain enterprise Microsoft environments
Open, update, and administer tickets in service desk software
Act as the initial client contact through phone, email, messaging, and support portals
Manage a high volume of daily tickets while setting workload priorities
Refer complex issues to specialized technical teams when necessary

Талаптар

Bring 2–3 years of experience in a comparable position
Hold a college certificate or diploma in information technology, or offer relevant experience and industry certification
Demonstrate enthusiasm for IT and a commitment to continued learning
Have solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft Office applications
Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships
Maintain excellent telephone etiquette
Bring a strong customer service mindset
Work independently with limited supervision while managing competing tasks and shifting priorities
Knowledge of ITIL processes is an asset
Be available for shift work when given reasonable advance notice
