Work with customer service colleagues to track issues and trends and improve the customer experience
Answer questions and resolve customer concerns
Guide customers through their shopping experience

Requirements

Strong written and spoken English skills
One to three years of customer service experience at an e-commerce company
Start-up and subscription experience is a plus
Availability to work evenings and weekends is strongly preferred
Experience using Zendesk is required
Excellent written communication with empathy
Ability to quickly learn several internal systems and processes
A careful, detail-focused approach and deliberate pace
Emotionally aware, solution-focused communication
Eagerness to learn and adapt to a changing environment
A motivated, positive, and considerate attitude
