Description

  • Respond to inbound calls and warm sales leads
  • Discuss customers’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage, products, and benefits
  • Convert sales prospects into policyholders
  • Represent Liberty Mutual and connect customers with products tailored to their needs
  • Complete paid remote training and insurance licensing
  • Work exclusively with incoming warm leads; make no cold calls
  • Work four weekdays and one weekend day each week.

Requirements

  • Bring at least two years of sales or service-related work experience; two to three years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Use strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective and current customers.
  • Apply analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Have strong typing skills and proficiency with personal computers.
  • Obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license after hire.
  • Reside in one of the specified hiring states.
  • Be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day.
  • Maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk.
  • Have wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds; satellite and mobile internet are unsupported.
  • Remain in your resident state for at least one year before relocating.
