- Respond to inbound calls and warm insurance leads
- Discuss customers’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage, products, and benefits
- Turn sales leads into policyholders
- Represent Liberty Mutual in customer interactions
- Tailor product and service recommendations to each customer
- Complete paid training and licensing remotely

Requirements
- At least two years of sales or service-related work experience
- Two to three years of sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and engage others
- Clear communication with prospective and current customers
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Proficient typing and computer skills
- Obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license after hire
- Live in one of the listed eligible states
- Be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day
- Have a professional workspace or room with a dedicated desk
- Have wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds
- Satellite and mobile internet connections are not supported
