Descriere

  • Respond to inbound calls and warm insurance leads
  • Discuss customers’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage, products, and benefits
  • Turn sales leads into policyholders
  • Represent Liberty Mutual in customer interactions
  • Tailor product and service recommendations to each customer
  • Complete paid training and licensing remotely
  • Work assigned weekday and weekend shifts.

Cerințe

  • At least two years of sales or service-related work experience
  • Two to three years of sales experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and engage others
  • Clear communication with prospective and current customers
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Proficient typing and computer skills
  • Obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license after hire
  • Live in one of the listed eligible states
  • Be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day
  • Have a professional workspace or room with a dedicated desk
  • Have wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds
  • Satellite and mobile internet connections are not supported
