Human Resources Associate – Employee Relations & Engagement (Hybrid, Clark)

Support employee relations, engagement, communications, and workplace programs at Aprio, a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm. This hybrid Clark, Pampanga role requires an initial two-month onsite period.

Description

  • Oversee disciplinary cases, workplace investigations, administrative hearings, and related documentation with a consistent focus on due process and fairness.
  • Prepare and deliver employment notices, including Notices to Explain, Notices of Decision, and other disciplinary communications.
  • Conduct fact-finding and collaborate with leaders to address employee concerns and workplace matters.
  • Advise managers and employees on performance issues, policy application, conflict resolution, and conduct expectations.
  • Lead employee counseling sessions and help implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Monitor employee relations patterns and propose actions that reinforce engagement and workplace culture.
  • Maintain compliance with Philippine labor legislation, company policies, and applicable HR requirements.
  • Design and deliver engagement, recognition, wellness, inclusion, appreciation, and culture initiatives.
  • Collect employee input and recommend improvements to the overall employee experience.
  • Create employee communications for SharePoint, digital signage, social collaboration tools, and company announcements.
  • Organize volunteer, community outreach, corporate social responsibility, employee giving, and community development activities.
  • Coordinate employee events, recognition activities, learning sessions, and site programs, including logistics, vendors, communications, and participation.
  • Evaluate program results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor engagement indicators, participation levels, and employee feedback.
  • Produce reports and presentations covering engagement programs and their results.
  • Assist with onboarding and New Employee Orientation programs.
  • Contribute to HR projects and other initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, communications, business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Three to five years of Human Resources experience, including substantial work in employee relations and engagement, HR operations, or HR generalist responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Creative, well-organized, detail-focused, and capable of balancing multiple priorities.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work productively with employees at every level.
  • Experience in the accounting, finance, or IT sectors.
  • Experience with employee engagement, communications, volunteerism, community outreach, wellness, or inclusion programs is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to work in Clark, Pampanga.
  • Availability for a hybrid schedule of two days in the office and three days working from home.
  • Willingness to work fully onsite during the first two months.
