Customer Service Representative - TDCX Philippines Onsite

Provide multichannel customer support for TDCX in the Philippines, resolving issues and pursuing first-contact resolution. Build strong customer relationships while coordinating effective case follow-up.

Description

  • Deliver responsive customer support across relevant communication channels
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and provide clear, practical solutions
  • Drive first-contact resolution and coordinate follow-up with service partners and internal teams to close cases in line with service standards
  • Share actionable feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experiences
  • Follow established procedures to deliver service that supports high customer satisfaction
  • Develop lasting customer relationships and consistently exceed expectations
  • Complete additional management-assigned duties within the employment category while supporting the effective operation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of TDCX's Quality Management System

Requirements

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any discipline
  • Two years of relevant work experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong time management skills and a clear drive to exceed expectations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions to individual needs
  • Strong communication abilities, including active listening, empathy, telephone etiquette, appropriate pace and tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation
  • Confidence using computers and multiple systems, with the adaptability to learn new tools
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market
