Client Partner Manager, Cybersecurity — United States Remote

Client Partner Manager at Sygnia, a global cyber readiness and response firm, converting qualified enterprise cybersecurity opportunities into new-logo revenue. The role also builds senior client relationships and develops early account expansion opportunities.

Description

  • Convert qualified opportunities into signed new-logo business while meeting the assigned revenue target.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification and discovery through scoping, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • Oversee a portfolio of qualified opportunities to improve win rates and increase closed-won business.
  • Develop relationships with technical, security, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with technical and engagement teams to understand client challenges, shape solutions, and involve the appropriate expertise.
  • Maintain opportunity plans, stakeholder maps, decision criteria, competitive assessments, next steps, and forecasts.
  • Lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations that demonstrate Sygnia’s cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Coordinate the commercial handoff from sales to delivery, including client expectations, commitments, and relationship context.
  • Drive commercial expansion during each new client’s first six months and identify follow-on opportunities before account transition.
  • Work with business development, marketing, and partner teams to advance opportunities toward close.
  • Provide market, buyer, and competitive insights to improve sales strategy, messaging, and go-to-market priorities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success converting qualified opportunities into new-logo revenue, preferably in cybersecurity consulting, professional services, or a related technology environment.
  • Seven to ten years of professional experience, including substantial work in client-facing sales, business development, consulting, or cybersecurity services.
  • Strong sales orientation with the ability to advance qualified opportunities, navigate complex buying processes, negotiate effectively, and close business.
  • Client-focused approach with the ability to establish credibility and trust quickly among technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand complex cybersecurity challenges and translate them into relevant business outcomes and service opportunities.
  • Structured opportunity-management skills, including handling multiple pursuits, sustaining momentum, and producing realistic forecasts.
  • Proactive, independent, hands-on approach suited to fast-moving and high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience collaborating across teams and geographies within a matrixed organization.
  • Positive, adaptable approach with the ability to learn quickly and respond to changing client and market needs.
  • Willingness to travel within the United States approximately 20% of the time, mainly for client meetings, relationship development, and industry events.
