Description
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual controlling and closing processes
- Prepare recurring reports, analyses, and evaluations
- Assess costs, margins, variances, and key business performance indicators
- Develop decision-making materials for executives and management
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Improve existing controlling tools
Requirements
- Hold a Swiss Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance/Controlling, a higher-level business qualification or continuing education from a university of applied sciences or higher technical college, or an equivalent qualification, alongside the stated professional experience
- Bring strong analytical skills
- Have a strong affinity for numbers
- Understand business and financial relationships well
- Be proficient in MS Excel; ERP, BI, or reporting tools experience is an advantage
- Have good to very good user-level knowledge of one or more ERP systems
- Ideally, be an Excel expert
- Be motivated and interested in a permanent position
