Outbound Sales Representative – Texas Remote
SupportNinja is seeking an outbound sales representative to enroll patients or members in healthcare programs through power-dialer outreach. The role involves educating prospects, addressing objections, recording enrollment details, and meeting performance targets.
विवरण
- Place outbound calls to prospective patients or members using a power dialer or comparable calling platform
- Lead sales-focused conversations that encourage healthcare program enrollment and participation
- Explain program benefits, eligibility criteria, and enrollment procedures to prospects
- Assess prospect needs, respond to objections, and convert outreach into completed enrollments
- Record call results, prospect details, and enrollment progress accurately in the CRM
- Achieve or surpass individual and team enrollment quotas, including incentive-based objectives
- Comply with healthcare outreach, enrollment, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Work with team leads and account stakeholders to improve scripts and increase conversion rates
- Keep current with healthcare offerings, enrollment standards, and relevant industry regulations
- Adjust to changing program requirements, scripts, and workflows in a fast-moving startup environment
- Follow all company policies and established procedures
- Ach or exceed applicable key performance indicator targets
- Build knowledge of healthcare enrollment, sales methods, and industry best practices through training and ongoing learning
- Partner with other departments when collaboration is required
- Treat customers and colleagues with a positive, empathetic, and professional approach
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of experience in customer-facing support
- One to two years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or healthcare enrollment within an outsourced services environment
- A strong sales orientation and the ability to conduct persuasive, needs-based prospect conversations
- Comfort working in a performance- and incentive-based setting with a results-focused approach
- Experience using outbound dialers and CRM platforms for call tracking and enrollment records
- Excellent verbal communication skills for building trust and rapport with prospective patients or members
- Familiarity with healthcare enrollment, eligibility criteria, or related program guidelines is advantageous
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting scripts and program requirements
- Ability to represent the client’s team professionally and meet client expectations
- Effective problem-solving skills for resolving prospect questions, objections, and concerns
- Genesys power-dialer experience or knowledge is preferred
