- Explain insurance policies clearly and accurately, and support customers with their questions
- Resolve queries efficiently while meeting industry compliance standards
- Maintain precise, up-to-date customer records
- Help create a workplace where everyone is treated with dignity and respect
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 12 months of experience in an insurance role
- Experience with personal lines such as motor or home insurance is preferred
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding service
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Careful attention to detail
- Insurance experience is required
- Before starting, candidates must complete relevant employment checks, including verification of recent employment, address and credit history, plus a standard criminal record check
