Apraksts

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Explain insurance policies clearly and accurately, and support customers with their questions
  • Resolve queries efficiently while meeting industry compliance standards
  • Maintain precise, up-to-date customer records
  • Help create a workplace where everyone is treated with dignity and respect

Prasības

  • At least 12 months of experience in an insurance role
  • Experience with personal lines such as motor or home insurance is preferred
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding service
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Insurance experience is required
  • Before starting, candidates must complete relevant employment checks, including verification of recent employment, address and credit history, plus a standard criminal record check
  • Expected to uphold company values, behave professionally and respectfully, and contribute to an inclusive workplace
