- Lead and develop the Customer Service team with responsibility for professional and disciplinary management.
- Advance Customer Service strategy, processes, tools, and quality standards.
- Maintain consistently high service across all contact channels while overseeing relevant KPIs.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Brand Teams, and Quality Management on customer-related matters.
- Select, manage, and continually improve external service providers and tools to meet business needs.
- Create useful reporting and turn insights into specific optimization initiatives.
Cerințe
- Several years of Customer Service leadership experience, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or FMCG.
- Demonstrated success establishing and scaling Customer Service organizations.
- Strong process discipline and confidence working with numbers.
- Practical experience using helpdesk and CRM platforms.
- Strategic perspective paired with a hands-on approach.
- Empathetic, precise, and effective communication.
- Genuine interest in leading and developing teams.
- Very strong written and spoken German and English.
