- Advise Thirdfort’s Co-Founders, C-suite, and leadership team on strategic legal matters.
- Set team objectives and key results, and contribute to business planning and management.
- Help Commercial teams manage and close deals with clients and partners.
- Improve legal and contracting workflows, playbooks, and templates.
- Advise on privacy, commercial law, AI, and related matters.
- Provide strategic and regulatory guidance across the organisation.
- Manage supplier contracts and draft and negotiate SaaS, complex technology, and key vendor agreements.
- Refine supplier management processes with procurement colleagues.
- Manage and continually improve the company’s data privacy compliance programme.
- Work with the founders and external counsel on fundraising and M&A transactions.
- Improve legal team processes, staffing, and tools to increase efficiency.
- Coordinate and implement requirements related to commercial litigation.
Cerințe
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
- At least six years’ PQE in an in-house legal team and/or a well-regarded law firm.
- Startup or high-growth company experience is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to explain legal concepts clearly.
- Able to work independently and make decisive calls on routine and novel legal issues.
- Interest in fraud and money laundering.
