Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Mexico Remote
Bilingual English-Spanish customer service representative assisting Mexico health plan members with transportation-service inquiries. The role involves inbound calls, accurate data entry, HIPAA compliance, and empathetic issue resolution in a remote setting.

- Respond to inbound calls from health plan members and representatives
- Understand customer needs and communicate professionally
- Deliver accurate guidance and assistance related to transportation services
- Address questions and concerns patiently, empathetically, and professionally
- Record and update customer information accurately
- Achieve defined performance and quality standards
- Comply with HIPAA and other requirements for protecting health information
- Refer transportation and customer service issues to the appropriate leadership team
- Engage fully in required training and coaching
- Finish all assigned compliance and training courses
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance throughout training and ongoing coaching
- Keep the camera on during required training and meeting sessions

- At least six months of inbound contact center experience or transferable healthcare experience
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong spoken and written communication abilities
- Accurate data-entry skills with close attention to detail
- Able to adjust to a fast-paced call-center environment
- Comfortable assisting customers who are distressed or facing difficult circumstances
- Professional, courteous communication style
- Able to work independently while balancing competing priorities
- Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word
- Maintain a professional appearance and professional demeanor
- Available to appear on camera during training and required meetings
- Able to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Internet download speed of approximately 80–100 Mbps
- Internet upload speed of approximately 12–20 Mbps
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace during scheduled hours
- No competing responsibilities that could disrupt scheduled work hours
- Must supply personal work equipment
- Windows 11 PC required; Mac computers are not supported
- At least 16 GB of RAM
- Two monitors
- Webcam and wired USB headset
- Intel i5 processor or better
- Fiber internet connected through wired Ethernet
- Backup power solution
- Microsoft Teams and Office 365
