Senior HR Associate, Shared Services (9-Month Contract) – Philippines Remote

Support onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle operations as a Senior HR Associate at G-P. The company’s SaaS platform enables organizations to build teams across more than 180 countries.

Description

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee data, absences, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding
  • Create HR materials such as contracts, amendments, policies, benefits and payroll enrollment documents, onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications
  • Maintain accurate employee records in G-P’s proprietary platform
  • Process documentation for new hires, status changes, benefits, and terminations
  • Administer benefits enrollment and work with brokers and insurers
  • Submit time, expense, and other payroll data to the payroll team and local provider
  • Audit employee data changes to support accurate and timely payroll payments
  • Help improve HR processes and keep standard operating procedures and policies up to date
  • Assist professionals and customers by addressing questions and resolving concerns
  • Meet established service-level agreements and standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate with insurance, local service, payroll, and pension partners and vendors, as well as internal G-P teams
  • Act as the primary onboarding and offboarding contact

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations; shared services center experience is preferred
  • In-depth understanding of HR procedures and policies
  • Professional experience in a Shared Services environment
  • Basic understanding of labor legislation across the EMEA region
  • Experience supporting Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, or Finland is advantageous
  • Strong customer service capabilities
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A proactive test-and-learn approach with the ability to adopt and deploy new AI features and platforms quickly
  • AI literacy, including practical use of generative AI tools such as Gemini and Notebook LM
  • Resourceful approach to solving problems
  • Experience managing stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well organized
  • Ability to collaborate in an international, multicultural team
  • Willingness to accommodate different time zones according to customer and professional requirements
  • Experience managing offboarding processes is advantageous
