Financial Analyst, Transaction Services and FP&A

At DTAD, connect transaction services with FP&A for SaaS businesses. Build valuation models, assess financial drivers, and develop post-closing KPI reporting.

Description

  • Build and review valuation models, including unlevered IRR scenarios.
  • Assess revenue drivers, customer and revenue trends, and revenue assumptions.
  • Analyze financial statements and related data to draw out relevant insights.
  • Coordinate financial due diligence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Set a clear KPI baseline and support the shift from transaction work to implementation.
  • Improve investment and performance reporting after closing.
  • Evaluate SaaS business models and metrics including ARR, NRR, and cash conversion.
  • Communicate findings clearly to suit different audiences, including decision-makers.
  • Work across transaction analysis, financial planning, and value creation.

Requirements

  • Bring 3–6 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, FP&A, or a similar analytical finance role.
  • Have strong skills in financial modeling, company valuation, and scenario analysis.
  • Be able to analyze financial statements and verify revenue, cost, and cash flow trends.
  • Know key SaaS metrics well, particularly ARR, NRR, and cash conversion.
  • Have experience coordinating due diligence processes and/or post-closing reporting.
  • Work independently and methodically, with careful attention to detail and strong numerical ability.
  • Explain complex analyses clearly and collaborate confidently with varied stakeholders.
  • Use Excel or comparable financial modeling tools at an advanced level.
  • Submit a CV and, if available, a brief example of relevant modeling or analysis work.
