Operations Support Specialist II – Colombia Remote

Support Cadex operations by processing payments, claims, and Zendesk tickets remotely from Colombia. Handle collections support, client communications, payment validation, and manual claims.

Description

  • Monitor Zendesk tickets and coordinate inbound communications with clients and collectors, including escalations
  • Request documentation and action confirmations from clients for debtor account reviews
  • Share client-provided information with the collections team and keep system records accurate
  • Review account remittances and payment history to apply payments correctly
  • Check payment files for proper formatting, required fields, and processing accuracy
  • Process manual claims with all required supporting documentation
  • Process credit card payments through client systems
  • Audit claim submissions for accurate data entry and file creation
  • Help clients download data feeds, retrieve documents, verify payments, and complete posting
  • Create and update operating procedures and training materials
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend solutions
  • Work effectively with colleagues across countries and cultures
  • Contribute to Operations Support projects and provide departmental backup coverage
  • Handle all work professionally and confidentially
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three to five years of clerical, office, or administrative experience
  • Proficiency with computer software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong time-management and organizational abilities
  • Critical-thinking skills
  • Professional written and telephone communication and comprehension skills
  • Basic mathematical ability
  • Basic telephone and calculator proficiency
  • Fluency in English
  • Availability for the assigned schedule, generally Monday through Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST/EDT
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to satisfactorily perform the essential job duties
