Client Delivery Manager - New York Hybrid

Lead strategic client relationships, service value realization, renewals, and account growth for Thrive’s cloud and managed technology services. Own customer success, contract P&L, and account health across the client lifecycle.

Description

  • Build strategic partnerships with key client stakeholders
  • Diagnose client pain points and connect contracted services to desired outcomes
  • Demonstrate measurable value realization for customers
  • Resolve complex customer challenges by coordinating Thrive resources
  • Help customers maximize use of current and available products and services
  • Promote best-practice adoption across customer environments
  • Improve product adoption, satisfaction, account health, advocacy, and referenceability
  • Manage contract P&L and strengthen year-over-year performance
  • Find account expansion opportunities and grow revenue
  • Plan and lead successful contract renewals
  • Coordinate customer onboarding activities
  • Deliver training and enablement
  • Develop customer advocacy initiatives
  • Address and resolve escalations promptly
  • Monitor KPIs such as NPS/CSAT, retention, NRR/GRR, and engagement

Requirements

  • At least five years of digital experience in a client delivery management role; managed services experience is a plus
  • Sound general business judgment; financial and P&L experience is advantageous
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL/ITSM or Lean Six Sigma
  • College degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • General knowledge of technology and managed services
  • Experience managing customer relationships
  • Knowledge of business operations
  • End-to-end change management experience
  • Process improvement capabilities
  • Project management experience covering scoping, planning, milestone tracking, and documentation
  • Risk management experience
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and CustomerGauge
  • Basic understanding of AI and workflow principles
  • Agile methodology and Six Sigma knowledge is helpful
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams
  • Customer-focused, proactive, accountable, and results-driven working style
  • Strong listening skills, learning agility, adaptability, integrity, work ethic, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement
